Images Aerobic Fitness Classes

The new studio timetable for Images Fitness Centre has a refreshing and exciting array of fitness classes. Classes currently available include a BLT class (Bums, Legs & Tums) a hard workout to exercise the body from the waist down, it concentrates on the areas we all want to improve.

Try the new Stretch N' Flex session, this is a class to improve your body balance, it combines the disciplines of Pilate's, Yoga and Tai Chi. The daytime Pilate's sessions are on offer to give your improvements in flexibility, core strength and core stability. Pilate's is also good for rehabilitation, especially recovery from back injury.
