Images Aerobic Fitness Classes

The new studio timetable for Images Fitness Centre has a refreshing and exciting array of fitness classes. Traditional Step Aerobics classes, which are enjoying a resurgence in popularity at the moment, are still available. Also on offer is a BLT class (Bums, Legs & Tums) a hard workout to exercise the body from the waist down, it concentrates on the areas we all want to improve.

Try the new Stretch N' Flex session, this is a class to improve your body balance, it combines the disciplines of Pilate's, Yoga and Tai Chi. The daytime Pilate's sessions are on offer to give your improvements in flexibility, core strength and core stability. Pilate's is also good for rehabilitation, especially recovery from back injury.

Summer Boot Camp

A 6-week intensive exercise regime guaranteed to improve your fitness, get you stronger and prepare for the beach!

The course consists of a mixture of classes, gym sessions, personal training and weekly weigh-in sessions.

During the course you are expected to attend at least two classes, one gym session and one personal training session. You are given a realistic weight-loss target and you are weighed weekly.
