Images Aerobic Fitness Classes
The studio timetable for Images Fitness Centre has a refreshing and exciting array of fitness classes. Classes currently available include a BLT class (Bums, Legs & Tums) a hard workout to exercise the body from the waist down, it concentrates on the areas we all want to improve. Pump FX, Studio Cycle, Stretch and Flex and Pilates.
