  • A combination of good healthy eating and gentle exercise based on Government health guidelines.
  • Full dietary advice with individual appraisal and easy to follow eating plans supplied.
  • Weekly weigh-in and measurement sessions with a gentle personal-training work out in the gym (i.e. treadmill walking, cycling, stepping etc)
  • Choose your own weekly meeting times.
  • The cost of the whole course is £50, which includes weekly weigh-in / work-out sessions with a personal trainer. Extra workout sessions are available at anytime during regular opening times, at no extra cost.
  • Courses run continuously so that you can join-in at any time and you may carry on indefinitely.

This is not a crash diet scheme; it is designed to reduce weight slowly and controlled whilst increasing your fitness level. You do not have to count calories or weigh food it is based on a regular, healthy, eating plan.
